Prospective Tenants

Application Process

Thank you for your interest in Willow Green Manufactured Home Community and allowing us the opportunity to provide rental and sales services to you.

To ensure the process goes smoothly for all parties, the following guidelines are in effect for all applications.


APPLICATION SUBMISSION

  • Prior to filling out your application, please make sure you have ALL requested items on this checklist.

  • Once you have completed your application, you may do one of the following:

    • Hand deliver it to the community office and pay the application fee when you drop it off.

    • Fax it to the property and pay the application fee by check, money order or credit card to the community office.

    • Scan and email it to the community managers email and pay the application fee to the community office.


NOTE: You do NOT have to submit an application prior to viewing a home.

Fill out Application
  • Application must be completed in its entirety and signed by each adult (18 years and older) planning to occupy the property.

  • $45 (non-refundable) Application Fee for anyone over the age 18 must be paid in full at the time of application submission

  • $45 (non-refundable) Application Fee for a married couple must be paid in full at the time of application submission

  • Married Couples only need to submit (1) one application

You can download, print, fill out the Willow Green MHC Lease Application Form and return to Management or you can fill out the form online and email to Management. All applications must include applicants picture id such as a drivers license or state id, along with income verification and application fee in order to process the application.

Proof of Identification
  • Provide a Driver’s License or State ID

  • (1) One month’s income verification

Proof of Verifiable Income

Please provide (1) one of the following forms of proof of income.

  • (1) One Month’s pay stub

  • If receiving a Pension, SSI: Social Security Retirement, SSI VI: Social Security Disability - bring documentation proof.

  • W-2 or 1099 or most recent tax returns

Rental/Landlord Verification

The landlord verification form is a document used by a landlord when verifying the previous rental information of an applicant for tenancy. Willow Green MHC Management will send the form to the applicant’s current or past landlord in order to obtain all details related to the tenancy of the individual. This information greatly assists the requestor in making informed decisions when selecting a suitable tenant; the form indicates the applicant’s monthly payment history and other details related to their tenancy (money owed, complaints, pets, etc.).

Click the button below to download the form. Fill and sign the form and give to Willow Green MHC Management who will then fax it to the previous landlord for verification.

The federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) promotes the accuracy, fairness, and privacy of information in the files of consumer reporting agencies. There are many types of consumer reporting agencies, including credit bureaus and specialty agencies (such as agencies that sell information about check writing histories, medical records, and rental history records).
